At Dirt Herders, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services, including window washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Our team is dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction with every job we complete.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. This includes but is not limited to completed cleanings, site visits, or appointments that have already been carried out as scheduled.

Quality Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service so we can address the issue directly. We may offer to return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances and at our sole discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of your deposit, if applicable.
