Who we are. The Dirt Herders LLC is a window cleaning and exterior home services company at 1013 Ocean Park Blvd #3, Santa Monica, CA 90405. Reach us at (424) 844-5068 or contact@dirtherders.com. This policy covers our website, our quote forms, our text messages and our service.

What we collect.

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address and ZIP code, the services you want, your window count, your preferred timing and any notes, such as a gate code or a dog in the yard.

• What we create while serving you: appointments, quotes, invoices, plan details and before-and-after photos of the work.

• Payment details, which our payment provider processes. We don’t keep full card numbers.

• What your browser sends when you visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address, collected through basic analytics cookies.

How we use it. To quote, schedule, do and bill your service. To call, text or email you about your quote and your visits. To send offers, but only by text if you ticked the box on our form, and by email only until you unsubscribe. To improve our service and website, and to meet our legal obligations.

Text messages. We text you only if you opted in, by ticking a box on our form or by texting us first. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the providers that send our texts for us.

Who we share it with. Only the companies that help us run the business: our customer and texting system, our scheduling and billing system, our payment processor, our website host and our analytics provider. They use your information only to do that work for us. We also share information when the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Do Not Track. We use cookies for basic site analytics. Our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Reviews, maps and social posts embedded on our pages, such as Yelp, Google and Instagram, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it to serve you, keep our records and meet legal requirements. Then we delete it.

Your choices. Reply STOP to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us. Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

California residents. We don’t share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Children. Our services are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes. When this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
